  • A nutrition plan.  You need to know how to eat to give you the energy to get through these workouts, recover between workouts, and keep your body in fat-burning mode all day long.  As part of your package you are strongly encouraged to attend a Nutrition Seminar which will give you this knowledge.  
  • You need a support system - and you'll have it!  A group of people, just like you, coming together with common goals to rally together to achieve success!
